Write clear and unambiguous copy for the onboarding flow in an app. This app is used by the army and police to scan the identities of individuals crossing the border during the COVID-19 crisis.
This app would be used during the border control and therefore had to be easy to use, intuitive, and go straight to the point when dealing with important information (e.g. whether the person should be in quarantine or not). Usability and clarity were paramount.
The app is in Slovak.
