Process

Existing Pain Points

Product writing. The copy inside the SaaS platform needs to be mapped out and smoothed out, with the use of the best UX writing practices. All existing copy was written by joint cooperation, but without a dedicated UX Writer. The two main areas that need attention are onboarding flow and landing page copy.

Project Overview

This project involves a holistic UX copy audit of the entire software and improving the copy in individual user flows. Additionally, depending on the number of students, a style guide can be created, reflecting the brand tone, and specifying the rules for the use of language.

The main area of focus as far as the product is concerned is the onboarding process where students are expected to work on the copy, as well as suggest ways to make onboarding easier and more understandable (e.g. through walkthroughs and tutorials).

The secondary area of focus is conducting a copy audit and subsequent optimization of the landing page of WideView's website.

Another part of the project involves reviewing and expanding the user personas.

As of now, the scope involves approximately 10 screens for onboarding and between 6-10 screens for the platform, but a more concrete idea will be put in place after the start of the project.

All UX copy will be made available in AdobeXD after students have signed an NDA.
