I was assigned to develop the brand identity for Alto Real Estate, a flagship project of one of Slovakia's most prominent real estate developers. The unique architectural feat, SKY PARK Tower, was designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. This is their only project in Slovakia, and it is now nearing completion.
The medium is a sales brochure that will tell the story of the area where the building is located, as well as SKY PARK Tower's story, emphasizing its distinctive qualities.
I designed the content for the brochure you can see below. The work was done in English.
After understanding the target audience (international office representatives considering headquartering their offices here) I started off by amassing as much information as possible on the area.
Message. During the research process, I realized that the area where the SKY PARK project is located was bombed during World War II. In the past, it served as the economic engine of then-Czechoslovakia. Within a few square kilometres, you would find a rubber factory, a refinery, a port and a power plant. Thousands of people found work here.
The purpose of the area has not changed, it just became adapted to the needs of modern 21st-century innovative economies. This became the leitmotif that I strived to communicate throughout the brochure.
Process. I worked independently as a freelance writer, designing the content for the entire brochure according to an outline provided by the project manager. After each draft, I sent my work for feedback to another senior writer working with this client for longer, who provided valuable insights and tweaked the message so it better fits the communication style of the client. After about 3 rounds of internal and external review, we reached the final version.
Tools. During my work, I worked extensively with Notion, Dropbox Paper, Wordtune.io and rytr.me.
After finalizing the sales brochure, the next step was to use the text and adapt it for the web. The website content is a distillate of the brochure, containing the most crucial facts about the area and the SKY PARK Tower.
